GHR Healthcare is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation in Onaga, Kansas, for a 13-week contract starting December 14, 2026. The role focuses on outpatient care with some inpatient coverage, delivering patient-centered therapies in a small-town setting.

You'll work five 8-hour day shifts (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with opportunities to collaborate across the rehab team.

Formación

• Current Physical Therapist license in Kansas or a compact license in hand at submission.
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Current therapy and rehabilitation credentials appropriate to the role.
• Strong outpatient physical therapy clinical skills and the ability to support inpatient needs when requested.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient-centered care skills.
• First-time travel Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient PT treatments.
• Support inpatient rehabilitation needs as assigned.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and home programs.
• Document evaluations, treatment, progress, and discharge recommendations.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to promote safe, effective care.
