American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a day shift in California with 2+ years of recent outpatient experience. The role requires a DPT and active PT licensure, plus BLS certification.

Vaccinations are required unless exempted. Local candidates are welcome with rates aligned to travel roles. Responsibilities include conducting rehab programs, documenting care plans, and collaborating in an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• 2+ years of recent outpatient experience required; 5 years preferred
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• PT licensure in state of practice required
• BLS certification from an approved vendor required
• Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered

Responsabilidades

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift, 5x8s, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No call required
• Conducts treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function
• Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
• Completes evaluations, establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicates plans to appropriate parties
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Supervises assigned assistants
• Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
• Accepts local candidates with no radius rule; local rates are the same as travel rates
• Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will be automatically declined
