Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in the Greater Gaithersburg / Montgomery Village area of Maryland. The role focuses on outpatient orthopedic care, working with patients on mobility and function within a clinic-based rehab team.

Candidates must hold Maryland PT licensure and BLS, with outpatient experience preferred; compact licensure may be accepted to start, with full Maryland licensure likely required soon after.

Qualifications

• Maryland PT license required.
• BLS required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Compact license may be accepted to start, but permanent Maryland licensure may be required shortly after.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with the outpatient rehab team to support strong patient outcomes.
