Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Red Bluff, California. The position is outpatient-focused, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited PT program, holds a current state license, and maintains CPR certification. This travel role offers a contract-based opportunity with housing accommodations and licensure reimbursement. Experience with interdisciplinary teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Work as a travel PT in outpatient setting for a 13-week contract.
