Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Kokomo, Indiana. You’ll treat patients in a mixed outpatient clinic, with emphasis on orthopedics, geriatrics, vestibular and pelvic health, across a 13‑week assignment working 40 hours per week.

Requirements include a physical therapy degree from an accredited program, active state licensure, and BLS certification if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a mixed general outpatient clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services for orthopaedic, geriatric, vestibular, amputee and pelvic health patients in an outpatient setting
