Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Red Bluff, California. This outpatient role is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current PT licensure or in process, and CPR certification. A contract position with potential housing accommodations and travel opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
