Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient clinic assignment in Brookings, Oregon. Start date November 16, 2026, 13 weeks with option for 26 weeks, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. No weekends, no call, holidays off; WebPT documentation used.

The role focuses on individualized patient care in a freestanding outpatient clinic with an orthopedic caseload and occasional neuro rehab. Coastal Rehab is the facility, Centrafi the client.
