Qualifications

• Active State License required
• One year of outpatient experience preferred
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient treatment plans to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Treat patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care with travel therapy team and facility staff
