Job description

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.

• Responsibilities: Evaluate patient needs, establish treatment goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and adjust care, ensuring goals are realistic and achievable.
• Qualifications: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with passing NPTE and current state licensure or in the application process. A minimum of one year of experience and current CPR certification are required.
• Skills: Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills; ability to work collaboratively; excellent patient communication and education skills.
