Job description

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) responsible for delivering therapy services in a clinical setting.

• Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure documentation compliance according to clinical standards.
• Location: Albuquerque, NM.
• Work Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week, providing outpatient therapy services.
• Qualifications: Active state license, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and educational credentials in physical therapy.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in outpatient settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Additional Requirements: Complete organization-specific documentation prior to assignment; permanent license required (compact licenses not accepted). No float rotation required.
