Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full‑time travel contract position in Olympia, Washington.

Job Details

• Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour days)

• Typical Caseload: Mix of adult and active patient populations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Treat a variety of conditions including post‑surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint replacements, balance and mobility deficits.
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinical staff.
• Provide patient education and home‑exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications
