Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Silver Spring, MD. The clinician will evaluate patients, develop and modify therapy plans, and promote community reintegration under physician direction.

Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy, active state licensure, 2+ years outpatient experience, and CPR certification. The role involves 36 hours/week with flexible 12-hour shifts and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and applicable state licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans focused on timely discharge.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in student education programs and provide appropriate supervision and feedback.
• Create and pursue a professional development plan, engaging in continuing education as required.
• Maintain professional licensure and compliance with discipline-specific codes of conduct.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
