Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient specialty position in Fort Bragg, California. This travel assignment starts on 06/22/2026 and lasts for 13 weeks, offering a weekly pay range of $2,134–$2,202. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions.

The ideal candidate will have an active PT license in California and preferably 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting. Support includes a dedicated recruiter and 24/7 assistance throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of experience in the specified unit specialty within the last 3 months; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations for outpatient clients.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver PT interventions including therapeutic exercise and gait training.
• Reassess patient progress and document outcomes in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control.
