Ardor Health Solutions seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab contract in Clearfield, PA. You’ll provide orthopedic outpatient care, develop individualized plans, and help adults improve mobility and function.

Position highlights: 36 hours guaranteed per week, up to 40 hours, 12–14 patients daily, productivity 60 visits/week. New grads and first-time travelers accepted. Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a local rate.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania PT license required.
• BLS required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Candidate must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a local rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
• Support occasional double-booking of follow-up visits when appropriate.
