Meets established departmental productivity standards, conserves resources, and recognizes the value of cost containment while maintaining quality standards. Consistently utilizes Mercy Service techniques in establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with all internal and external customers including co-workers as demonstrated by communication that is effective, friendly, helpful and appropriate in manner.
