Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist for an internal travel assignment at Riverview Health Services in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. The role supports the facility directly with a W-2 employment arrangement and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin OT license required or ability to obtain.
• SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

• Support facility with internal travel staffing model as a Continuum employee.
