Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an internal travel Physical Therapist Assistant for Tomahawk, Wisconsin, supporting Riverview Health Services and Tomahawk Health Services in Tomahawk. This 13-week assignment includes 40 hours scheduled and 35 hours guaranteed with a pay package that includes a taxable $16.00/hour rate, housing stipend of $605/week, and meals/incidental allowance of $440/week.

An estimated weekly gross of $1,685 and net of $1,504 are provided, plus up to $400 travel

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin PTA license or ability to obtain one.
• SNF/post-acute experience preferred.
