Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Lacey, WA. The role runs 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and dayshift hours. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and facilities.

Applicants must have at least 6 months of OT experience, plus BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensure. Strong documentation and mobility requirements apply.

• 6 months of OT experience required; new grads may apply.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification with state licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and observe functional tasks.
• Evaluate condition and needs; develop and adjust treatment plans with goals.
• Assist patients with activities to improve function and independence.
• Evaluate home/work environments and recommend adaptations.
• Educate family and employers on care and accommodations.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per guidelines.
