Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas, or a compact privilege where Texas accepts one, by the start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to help them return to daily activities, including dressing, bathing and returning to work or school.
• Document visits and progress as part of each patient’s plan of care.
• Support SNF residents with rehab plans ranging from short-term to long-term goals.
