Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Norman, Oklahoma. This OT will screen and evaluate residents, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitative interventions in a skilled nursing setting.

The position runs for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, days shift. Active OT license and at least one year in LTC or rehab are required, with SNF experience preferred. Travel housing, competitive pay, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings.
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients to determine ADL, mobility and cognitive needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide treatments, assessments, and patient counseling to support functional recovery and discharge planning.
• Supervise OT assistants and support staff as applicable.
