Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Purcell, Oklahoma. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled, medically necessary treatments in a SNF setting.

Requirements include an active OT license, 1+ year OT experience, LTC or rehab experience, a skills checklist within 1 year, and 0-1 references at submission. Schedule is days, 40 hours/week, 13 weeks, travel position.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license.
• 1+ years of occupational therapy experience.
• LTC or rehab experience.
• Skills checklist within 1 year.
• 0-1 reference at the time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluating patients and developing treatment plans.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices.
• Document patient progress and provide consultations to patients and families.
• Participate in clinical meetings and adhere to professional practice standards.
• Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with the care team.
