Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Baltimore, Maryland, working in a skilled nursing facility.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments, address ADLs and IADLs, collaborate with rehab colleagues, and participate in discharge planning. New grads are encouraged to apply and benefits include housing/travel stipends and a competitive weekly pay package.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active (or pending) state OT license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning
