Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for assignments in Kewanee, Illinois, working in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning, with 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active (or pending) state OT license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies.
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning.
