Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 15-week assignment in Show Low, AZ. The OT will evaluate patients, develop and monitor a plan of care, and educate families and employers on accommodations. Strong documentation and state licensure readiness are required.

Candidate should have 6 months of OT experience minimum (1 year preferred), BLS, and NBCOT-OTR certification. Travel benefits and weekly stipends apply, with a focus on delivering quality therapy in a travel

Qualifications

• OT experience: 6 months minimum; 1 year preferred.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR certification required.
• Licensure in state of Arizona or ability to obtain ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care to improve daily living skills.
• Create and monitor treatment plans with specific goals and activities.
• Educate patients, families, and employers on care and accommodations.
• Document patient progress in accordance with state and payer guidelines.
• Assess home/workplace for safety and accessibility improvements.
