Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 15-week assignment in Show Low, AZ. The OT will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and support daily living activities in an acute care setting.

Must have 1 year of experience or 6 months if candidate is exceptional, plus BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state licensing. Travel role offers 40 hours per week with day shifts and a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.
• 6 months of experience required; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient, develop a plan of care and set goals for daily living activities.
• Review patient history and observe tasks to determine needs.
• Educate families and employers on how to support the patient.
• Document progress and outcomes following guidelines for billing and reporting.
