Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF/LTC assignment in Clancy, Montana. The role is 40 hours per week with 8-hour days, starting ASAP for a 13-week contract.

The position requires graduation from an accredited program, active OT licensure (or in process), and CPR certification, with duties including direct OT interventions and collaboration with the care team under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state OT license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
