Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Laurium, Michigan. The OT will assess referred patients, establish treatment programs, and collaborate with the care team to achieve patient goals. The 13-week assignment requires 40 hours per week on days.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an OT or be in the licensure process
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals.
• Develop plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled services.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to achieve patient goals.
