Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Grand Haven, MI. This 13-week travel position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, with a start date of 12/21/2026.

Candidates should have NBCOT-OTR certification, BLS, and state licensure, with at least 6 months of OT experience (new grads may apply). You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and educate families in acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of OT experience; new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and observe tasks.
• Evaluate patient's condition and needs.
• Develop a treatment plan with goals and activities.
• Assist patients with daily task adaptations.
• Assess home/work environments for improvements.
• Educate family and employer on accommodations.
• Instruct on equipment use and safety.
• Document progress per guidelines.
