Job summary
TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Pahala, Hawaii, offering 40 hours per week on days. The OT will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide educational support to families and employers. State licensing and NBCOT-OTR certification are required, with BLS.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of OT experience; new grads may apply.
- Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR Certification with state licensing.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
Responsibilities
- Review patients' medical history, observe task performance.
- Evaluate a patient's condition and needs.
- Develop a treatment plan with goals and activities.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Evaluate home or workplace for potential improvements.
- Educate family and employer on accommodations.
- Recommend equipment and instruct usage.
- Record activities and progress for evaluations and reporting.
- Provide documentation per state and/or insurance guidelines.
