Job summary
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. The OT will assess and treat patients, develop and administer treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve rehabilitation goals.
The role requires a Master's in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, state licensure, and CPR certification, with 40 hours per week and dayshift. Travel stipends and housing options are available through MedPro.
Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT exam.
- Minimum one year of professional experience.
- Current state OT license or in process for licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
- Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
- Develop care plans and provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate and achieve team goals.
