Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a contract in Hermiston, Oregon. The role features 8–10 hour shifts, 4–5 days per week, and a 13‑week assignment.

You will manage treatment plans in home health, with benefits including first-day medical, dental, vision, housing stipends and weekly pay. One year of recent Home Health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisory Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen

Responsibilities

• Manage Home Health OT treatment plans to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Coordinate care and documentation per Home Health requirements.
