Qualifications

• Current OT license required if applicable.
• 1 year of experience preferred, though new grads welcome.
• Home health experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care for a geriatric population.
• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional flexibility.
• Daily productivity of 7–8 points.
• Chart with Perfect Notefield; training provided.
• Located in the Modesto area; local candidates welcomed at same rate.
• Phone interview required as part of the hiring process.
