Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Salinas, California. The role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning, with new grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active (or pending) state OT license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning
