Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract in Fargo, North Dakota. The role offers 40 hours per week with days shift and 8-hour blocks, starting ASAP, in a SNF/LTC setting.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited OT program, holds or is pursuing state licensure, CPR certification, and a proven ability to deliver skilled OT services per physician orders while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state license or in the process of licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
