Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Republic, Washington. The OT will work 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift in healthcare facilities, providing evaluations, therapy services, and documentation per the plan of care.

The position requires OT licensure in the state, a graduate of an accredited program, CPR if applicable, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Travel staffing benefits are offered by Amergis.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• One (1) year of prior Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• CPR certification, TB screening as applicable.
• Health certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform client evaluations and develop occupational therapy services.
• Provide therapy and document services according to the plan of care.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
