Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for travel assignments in Lacey, WA. You will help patients regain daily skills after injuries, illnesses, or disabilities while enjoying the flexibility of travel contracts and job security across diverse settings nationwide.

Requirements include OT degree, active state licensure, and at least one year of home health OT experience with HCHB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• At least one year of recent home health occupational therapy experience.
• HCHB experience is required.

Responsibilities

• 8-hour shifts.
• Scheduled Monday through Friday.
• Coverage may be needed across multiple counties within the service area.
• Productivity expectation is a minimum of 30 points per week.
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
