MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gresham, Oregon. The role offers 40 hours per week, with days, and requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, state OT licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to assess medical condition and functional capabilities.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient.
• Provide skilled OT services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
