Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Lakeview, Oregon. This role offers a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, graduation from an accredited OT program, and an active or in-progress state OT license. CPR certification and at least one year of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
