Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home.
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain daily living activities.
• Teach patients to use adaptive equipment for activities.
• Record and evaluate patients' progress.
