Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state OT licensure or currently in an OT educational program.
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants as per regulations.
• Evaluate patients and identify functional impairments.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in SNF/LTC, OP, IP

Education
