Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract based in Granite Falls, MN. This position offers a combination of outpatient, skilled nursing, and home health settings, starting at a pay package of $2,000 per week. Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire.
• Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides.
• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify impairments.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in SNF and/or outpatient preferred

CPR certification

Valid driver’s license

Education

Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, minimum bachelor's degree
