Job summary

Med Ninjas seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Devils Lake, North Dakota. Start ASAP; 40 hours per week; 9-hour days.

Inpatient and/or outpatient experience preferred. The OT evaluates and treats patients per licensure standards, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and discharge plans, documents thoroughly, and educates patients and families on treatment and home programs.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of OT experience in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in North Dakota; NBCOT certification.
• BLS certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per licensure standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop goals and discharge plans.
• Document thoroughly and timely per charting standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, devices, home programs, and health topics.
• Provide clinical supervision to OTA as needed.
