Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist (Travel) to provide outpatient therapy to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. You will typically see 12-14 patients daily, on a Monday–Friday schedule, and document in Epic EMR.

Role:

Outpatient Physical Therapist (Travel)

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient therapy to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, typically seeing 12-14 patients daily, with a schedule of Monday through Friday. Help improve patient outcomes through individualized treatment plans and use of Epic EMR system.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, and at least 1 year of orthopedic experience. BLS certification may be required. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments are essential.

Key Duties:

Assist patients in recovery, deliver quality care, and contribute to patient progress in outpatient settings while maintaining compliance with licensing and safety standards.
