Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver orthopedic care in outpatient settings. The role includes managing a caseload, assisting patients in recovery from injuries, and supporting progress across diverse clinics.

Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA. Active State License required prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.

Skills & Duties: Deliver quality outpatient orthopedic care, manage patient caseload efficiently, and adapt to different clinic environments. Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety standards.
