Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license required.
• Graduation from a CST program or related field; associate degree or certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; strong orthopedic experience; sterile processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle standard surgical supplies and instruments.
• Support operating room procedures and follow surgical standards.
• Work during 10-hour day shifts with 40 hours per week.
• Adhere to case schedules and maintain sterility protocols.
