Cross Country Nurses seeks a Travel Surgical Technician for a multi-specialty operating room assignment in Portland, Maine. You will scrub for neuro, robotics, general, GU/GYN, pediatrics, trauma and open vascular cases; two years trauma experience required and CST certification.

The position offers 12-hour evenings shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with 36 hours per week, travel reimbursement, housing options, and comprehensive benefits. Start date 11/02/2026; end 02/01/2027.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• At least 2 years of trauma experience.
• Minimum 0 years of prior operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub assistance across neuro, robotics, general, GU/GYN, pediatrics, trauma, and vascular cases.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist surgical team during procedures.
• Be prepared for evening 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
