Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking an OR Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Reno, NV. This Level II Trauma center role requires perioperative nursing care across trauma, neurosurgery, robotics, urology, vascular, and other complex surgeries.

The position features a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours weekly, and a tax-free stipend with private housing options. NV RN license, BLS, ACLS, and prior travel experience are required.

Qualifications

NV State Registered Nurse license prior to start.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
CMP bloodwork completed within 1 year of start date.
2 years' experience in Trauma Operating Room setting.
prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment.
minimum 2+ years of Trauma OR circulating experience.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity OR setting.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure patient safety and quality standards.
Deliver individualized care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Assist with procedures including trauma, neurosurgery, robotics, urology, vascular and other complex surgeries.
