Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an OR Registered Nurse for HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami, FL. The role requires robotics experience, scrubbing duties, and the ability to support orthopedic and neuro procedures.

Must have 2 years of current acute hospital experience (not a surgical center) and hold BLS/ACLS certifications. Superior teamwork and adaptability to floating to general OR are essential.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 2 years of current acute hospital experience (not a surgical center).
• Strong orthopedics, neuro and robotics experience; willing to float to general OR.
• Robotics/Da Vinci experience and scrubbing are required for OR RN duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room and arrange equipment for surgeries.
• Assist surgeons during procedures and scrub as needed.
• Inspect, maintain, decontaminate and repair surgical equipment and keep inventory records.
