MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel OR RN for an Operating Room assignment in Lafayette, Indiana. This travel nursing role offers a 13-week duration, 40 hours per week, with dayshift 10-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate has 18 months of acute care surgery experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits include housing or housing allowance, weekly pay, and credentialing fee coverage.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care Surgery experience.
• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Act as circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse.
• Circulating OR nurses work within the operating suite but outside of the sterile field.
• Scrub OR nurses handle and prepare operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field.
