MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a travel position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You will provide surgical patient care before, during, and after surgeries. Responsibilities include being a circulating nurse and scrub nurse. Qualifications include recent experience in Acute Care Surgery, an active RN License, and certifications in BLS & ACLS. Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is necessary.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications must be current.
• Other requirements may be specified by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Serve as patient educator.
• Act as a circulating nurse within the operating suite.
• Prepare operating instruments and equipment as a scrub nurse.
